Easy black olives pizza recipe
- 100 g High gluten flour
- 1 g salt
- 10 g sugar
- 75 g milk
- 10 g butter
- 1 g yeast
- green pepper
- mozzarella cheese
- tomato sauce
- black olives
- As usual, you need to make the dough first. So then you should take a clean bowl and then mix the yeast in the warm milk to activate it before you start to add in the remaining dough ingredients. In the end, add on the butter to make it smoother. Cover it with plastic wrap and then let it rest for anything 30 minutes.
- Punch it in once it doubles in size, then knead it one more time. Take it into the fridge and give it about an hour.
- Prepare the toppings. Shred the cheese, steam the sausages as needed and then slice the bell peppers and olives and onions. Set them aside, waiting for the dough to be ready.
- Now start to roll it but make sure it can fit perfectly in the pizza pan(brush some oil before putting in the pizza crust).
- Layer the pizza. So start with the sauce, follow with the sausage, then some onions. Add the green pepperand carrot. Go on to add the mozzarella Follow through with the black olives and more sausage.

What sauce to use before the black olive pizzas?
You can make homemade pizza sauce or even make tomato sauce if you like. If you want, though, you can use the white sauce to make the white pizza as well.

Like every other pizza, remember you’re safe when you eat it fresh from the oven. After you finish it, then you should store it in the fridge. It will stay for about four days into its new state, but if you want it to last longer, then you should set it in the freezer.
How to make the black olives pizza step by step?
Prepare the dough
Warm the milk, add yeast, mix well, and set aside to form a yeast liquid. Mix all the ingredients except butter and knead into a smooth dough. Next, add butter and knead until it expands, and leave it in a warm place to rise to twice its size.
Refrigerate the dough
After the dough is fermented, take it out, spheronize it, and put it in a freezer bag. The next step is also vital. So then you should put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Just before you start working on it, then you should take it out to warm up.
