Ham Pizza New

One of my best recipes is ham pizza; I love meat, which certainly means that it will reflect in most of my cooking. I mean, everybody loves ham; what is there not to like about this delicious savory meat?

Ham is so popular and widely used that you will find different types of specialties worldwide. No matter what type of ham you have in your kitchen, I am pretty sure that it would be just fine for this ham pizza recipe.

Would you like to know why I have perfected my pizza-making art and why I am known for making excellent pizzas among my friends?

Here are some of the interesting reasons.

First of all, pizza is my best food, and it gives you no limitation whatsoever. I mean, there are so many ingredients and flavors that you could add to your pizza, and making pizza allows you to experiment with a lot of things.

This freedom to explore is what I love most about pizza, and to fully experience this freedom, and I can’t depend on pizza restaurants like Pizza Hut and the rest. I had to become my own pizza chef, and it does not even require a lot of time and complicated tools and machines.

I decided to be making my own pizza and not go to pizza restaurants because no pizza shop can treat me with generous ingredients as I would like; lots of cheese, a lot of ingredients, which can satisfy me. There will be very few pizza shops that will be able to fulfill all these criteria.

The third reason not to go to a pizza shop is that making my own pizza has been cost-effective.

Since I eat pizzas most of the time, I have saved a lot of cash by making my own pizza rather than purchasing from pizza restaurants.

Of course, there are fourth, fifth, Ninth reasons. But in a word: the perfect pizza is up to me to fulfill my cravings. That is why I do not relent when it comes to making my pizza. This article will give you the recipe for my ham pizza which I use to wow my friends.

TIPS

  1. Regarding making the pizza dough, many dough recipes do not need to be kneaded to the expansion stage. Then, after kneading to the expansion stage for the thick-bottomed pizza, the taste of the dough will be better.
  2. Making pizza does not necessarily require a pizza plate, which will restrict our performance. Roll the dough directly into a thin circle in the middle and a thick circle around it, and place it on the baking tray to make pizza.
  3. The toppings of your pizza can be changed according to your preferences. You can also use other vegetables and meats you like, but you need to pay attention to a principle: spread the meat first, then the vegetables and each layer are covered. Sprinkle some mozzarella cheese.

If your vegetables have lots of moisture, it is better to fry them to reduce the moisture. If you do not reduce the moisture, this might affect the texture of your pizza dough as you bake.

  1. Mozzarella cheese is a unique cheese for making pizza. If your recipe suggests that you use mozzarella cheese, it would be advisable not to substitute it for another cheese. Mozzarella cheese is not difficult to purchase; you will find it in the cheese section of most supermarkets.

If you buy lumpy cheese, you need to shred it before you sprinkle it on the dough. But you don’t have to worry about shredding if you are buying mozzarella cheese because most of them are sold shredded.

  1. If you don’t want to make your pizza sauce, you can use a commercially available pizza sauce instead, but remember to sprinkle a little oregano after applying the tomato sauce to make the pizza taste authentic.

But it is still recommended to use homemade pizza sauce; the taste is excellent. I am emphasizing homemade pizza sauce because you can flavor it to your taste, and you can determine the thickness of the sauce, and it is much fresher.

  1. After the pizza is out of the oven, sprinkle some cheese powder before eating, this gives your pizza a fresh taste from the cheese, and it tastes better.

How to Make Ham Pizza Step By Step

  1. Mix your flour, dry yeast, salt, caster sugar, olive oil, milk powder, and water to make your dough. Knead all the ingredients into a dough, knead hard until the dough becomes very firm. Stretch the dough; the dough can form a relatively thin film (expansion stage).

Put the dough in an environment of about 26 degrees, cover it with plastic wrap, and ferment until it becomes twice as large (leave it at room temperature in summer). The interesting fact that most people do not know is that the temperature can affect the fermentation of your dough. So it is essential to place your dough at the right temperature if you want to get the best results.

  1. While the dough is fermenting, you can take the opportunity to prepare the other ingredients for the pizza. Cut the ham and green pepper into cubes, and strain the juice from the canned tuna. The less moisture your ingredients have, the better your pizza will turn out.
  2. Shred the mozzarella cheese. Mozzarella cheese is the best option for any pizza; this cheese has a creamy flavor and improves the taste of your pizza.
  3. After about 1 hour, the dough must have been fermented to twice the size (if the temperature is high in summer, the fermentation time will be shortened).
  4. Squeeze the fermented dough to let out any air bubbles, divide it into the required portions (for example, if you make an 8-inch, divide it into three portions), and leave it at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle some flour on the chopping board, put the proofed dough on the chopping board, and press it flat with the palm of your hand. Sprinkling the flour on the chopping board will prevent your dough from getting stuck to the surface of the board.

Making Ham Pizza Step1 6

  1. Take 8-inch pizza as an example. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a round cake about 8 inches in size.
  2. When necessary, use your palm to help shape the dough into a thin shape in the middle and thick around the edges. It is crucial to make the dough thin in the middle, especially if you want a crispy crust. When the dough is thin, it cooks faster and better, and you avoid the chances of getting a soggy crust.
  3. Put tin foil or oil on the baking tray, spread the dough on the baking tray, and fork some small holes in the middle of the dough to prevent the bottom of the cake from bulging during baking. The tin foil and oil will prevent your dough from sticking to the baking tray. If you are trying to reduce the amount of oil you consume, it would be advisable to use tin foil rather than oil.
  4. Spread a layer of olive oil on the bottom of the pizza dough and leave it to ferment for 20 minutes at room temperature.
  5. Dig three spoons of homemade pizza sauce on the pizza dough, and use a brush or spoon to spread the pizza sauce evenly.
  6. The pizza sauce should be spread as evenly as possible; you can leave a gap of 1cm at the edges where you do not have to apply any pizza sauce. This will prevent the pizza sauce from dripping from the edges and soaking the bottom of your pizza dough.

If the sauce wets the bottom of your dough, you won’t get a crispy crust. The art of pizza making requires a lot of attention and precision, giving you an end product that will satisfy your taste buds.

Making Ham Pizza Step7 12
