Mix your flour, dry yeast, salt, caster sugar, olive oil, milk powder, and water to make your dough. Knead all the ingredients into a dough, knead hard until the dough becomes very firm, then Stretch the dough. Put the dough in an environment of about 26 degrees, cover it with plastic wrap, and ferment for one hour.
Squeeze the fermented dough to let out any air bubbles, divide it into three portions (this will yield three 8inch pizza), and leave it at room temperature for 15 minutes. Sprinkle some flour on the chopping board, put the proofed dough on the chopping board, and press it flat with the palm of your hand.
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a round shape about 8 inches in size.
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees; if you are not using a baking tray, then you can put your baking stone in the oven as you preheat the oven.
Put tin foil or oil on the baking tray, spread the dough on the baking tray, and fork some small holes in the middle of the dough to prevent the bottom of the cake from bulging during baking.
Spread a layer of olive oil on the bottom of the pizza dough and leave it to ferment for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Dig three spoons of homemade pizza sauce on the pizza dough, and use a brush or spoon to spread the pizza sauce evenly. The pizza sauce should be spread as evenly as possible; you can leave a gap of 1cm at the edges where you do not have to apply any pizza sauce.
After spreading the pizza sauce, evenly sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese (about 50g). Sprinkle your diced ham on the cheese and cover the ham with mozzarella cheese. (about 20 grams).
Spread tuna on top and continue to sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese (about 20 grams). Sprinkle green peppers and spread several whole ham slices on the surface.
Slide the pizza into the oven and bake for 15 minutes with a degree of 200 Fahrenheit. Take out the pizza after fifteen minutes and sprinkle more cheese (about 30g) on the surface of the pizza. Put it back in the oven and bake for five more minutes.
The edges of your pizza should be golden brown, and the cheese well melted and bubbly. Take out your pizza, sprinkle a tiny amount of cheese, let it cool for two to three minutes. Then you can slice up your pizza and serve it.
