Domino’s Pizza guarantees delivery in 30 minutes or less, and if they fail to meet that deadline, they offer customers either 20% off their next order or 60 Piece of the Pie Rewards points.

Domino’s Piece Of The Pie Rewards program offers a free medium pizza to customers who collect 60 rewards points.
The TikToker Lina Hara discovered that if she placed an order during peak hours when delivery times were longer than 30 minutes, she would receive the apology pizza offer, and could then use that offer to get a free pizza on her next order.
